Clarisse Eldridge
Apprentice
3 Streams Institute
Hi, my name is Clarisse, and this year I'll be an apprentice at Wellspring Church through the 3 Streams Institute. I'm passionate about cultivating spaces of worship to deepen our awareness of God’s presence with us and for us, and about doing life deeply alongside community. I am looking forward to taking the next steps in my ministry preparation. This next year, as an apprentice in the worship department, I will be serving our congregation. Thank you for considering a gift toward my ministry formation and those I'll serve through my apprenticeship.

FAQ’s
-
3 Streams Institute, an initiative of Wellspring Church in Englewood, Colorado, is an educational organization dedicated to recruiting, training, forming and sending a new generation of church leaders across North America. 3 Streams is a work-based learning program which complements formal theological education and provides interns, apprentices, and residents practical experience, healthy community, and learning focused on church leadership as well as spiritual, emotional, and relational health.
-
Incoming apprentices receive a $8,000/yr tuition benefit from Wellspring to support their formal education. Wellspring Church will match up to $10,000 of every dollar an apprentice raises that supports their salary. Residents (the year after apprenticeship) raise additional dollars to support a full-time salary. This amount for residents needed can range from $20,000 to $70,000 depending on circumstances.
-
The goal for the internship is to give early career students broad exposure to life working in a church while deepening their spiritual, emotional, and relational health. The apprenticeship takes the next step and gives apprentices deepening training, space to discern career next steps, and hands-on pastoral experience. The residency is built around the ordination process in the diocese of the Rocky Mountains and aims to form senior leaders who will serve as church planters, senior pastors, missionaries, and pastors.
-
Yes, you will receive a tax receipt from Wellspring Church for your gift to support an apprentice or resident.

About Clarisse
If I haven’t met you yet, I’d love to connect with you! I was born in California, spent my childhood in Northwest Arkansas, and moved to Colorado as a teenager. I studied psychology and business at CCU and am currently finishing out my MA in Spiritual Formation at Denver Seminary. I absolutely love people and the way God works throughout the body of believers! Worshipping Jesus has cultivated an undercurrent of joy throughout my life, and I’m thrilled to serve in this department. I’m eager to grow in cultivating spaces that deepen our awareness of God, to further discern my calling to ministry, and to develop the skills to serve God’s Church wherever He leads.
“Taking part in the 3SI internship was incredibly healing—God has used this time to redeem my love for the Church and heal many of my fears surrounding ministry. I pray that this season of stepping into the apprenticeship could be one of serving, discerning, and growing with God and others.”
